The 5-12 Playscape Is Coming!

Hooray! We have reached our fundraising target and the equipment for the 5-12 year-old play structure has been ordered! Site prep should start soon, and if we are very lucky, the weather will be good enough to get the new equipment installed in late October or early November! If not, look for the new playscape in the Spring.

This has been a labor of love for the committee members and LOLCP, Inc. We want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who contributed funds, materials, or time to the project. Thanks especially to the Walter Alexander Foundation of Wausau, WI, whose generous grant got us over the finish line.

Keep your fingers crossed for good weather for installation (followed by a ton of snow for our winter-loving residents and tourists).
